Multilinguality

RsBull is designed as a multilingual system. Its basic version contains one language that can be changed as the user wishes. A full-fledged version can contain any number of language versions, including Russian. All text items, including system items, are of course fully editable by the user which implies a non-negligible advantage already when a presentation is being created, and thus it is not necessary for a programmer to include language corrections in system items.
